Its 1st ability applies a slow and can be used both to escape and to attack.
Its 2nd ability's damage and attack speed reduction are strong from the early game. Using it costs health, so be careful.
Its 3rd ability, the beam, is strong in team fights.
With Aghanim's Shard, using its ult no longer interrupts its 3rd ability. It looks subtle, but it's strong.
